All quotations provided by Compre Air are subject to:

site inspection where required

labour and installation requirements
validity period stated in the quotation
correction of genuine errors or omissions

A quotation is not automatically a final binding agreement until accepted by both parties and, where applicable, any required deposit or confirmation has been received.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices may be quoted in South African Rand and may be subject to change before final acceptance.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

payment terms will be set out in the quotation or invoice
deposits may be required before work begins
final balances may be due on completion or according to agreed milestones
late payment may delay delivery, installation, or support

Compre Air reserves the right to suspend or withhold services where payment obligations are not met.

7. Installation and Site Conditions

The customer is responsible for ensuring that:

accurate site and contact details are provided
we have safe and reasonable access to the premises
the site is prepared where necessary
all required permissions, consents, or approvals have been obtained
electrical and structural conditions are suitable where relevant

If site conditions differ materially from those expected, Compre Air may revise the quotation, timeline, or scope of work.

8. Booking and Scheduling

Installation, servicing, repairs, and other appointments are subject to scheduling availability. Estimated dates and times are given in good faith but may change due to weather, supplier delays, technical requirements, emergencies, access issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you should notify Compre Air as soon as possible.

Compre Air reserves the right to charge reasonable costs already incurred, including site visits, ordered stock, preparation, allocated labour, or other direct expenses, where applicable and lawful.

10. Warranties and Manufacturer Terms

Equipment supplied may be subject to manufacturer warranties, guarantees, exclusions, and conditions. Any such warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s own terms and proper use, maintenance, and installation conditions.

Compre Air does not extend any warranty beyond what is expressly provided in writing or required by law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any rights that may apply under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act where applicable. The CPA promotes fair consumer dealings and consumer information standards.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compre Air will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of data arising from:

use of this website
delays in service
supplier delays
third-party failures
inaccurate information provided by the customer
events outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
